Comprehensive Terms and Conditions for Seamless Travel with Atlantic Prestige Travel

Introduction:
When arranging your travel needs with Atlantic Prestige Travel, also referred to as APT, please note that the following terms and conditions govern the interaction between you, the valued customer, and our transfer company. By continuing with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms.

Booking Information Responsibility:
As the customer, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information. This encompasses details like lead passenger information, precise travel dates and times for both departure and arrival, complete addresses for pick-up points, intermediate stops, and final destinations, along with your contact number and email address. In scenarios involving ports, bus/train stations, or any special pick-up requirements, all necessary travel information must be provided. It’s important to note that the lead passenger or account holder is accepting these terms on behalf of all travelers within the booking.

Cancellation Policy:
APT retains the right to impose a cancellation fee if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled transfer. In cases where erroneous details are provided during booking and a new pick-up is requested on a different date or time, the full fee will be applicable once more.

Booking Execution and Modifications:
APT is committed to fulfilling all bookings, ensuring the transportation of passengers to and from designated locations as initially specified. Should you require a change in the vehicle type after booking, the booking fee will be adjusted accordingly. However, APT reserves the right to cancel a booking if the requested change cannot be accommodated.

Passenger Suitability and Safety:
The lead passenger is responsible for ensuring the fitness and suitability of all travelers for travel with APT. Passengers deemed unfit at the time of travel may be denied entry to our vehicles or asked to exit the vehicle if the driver perceives a safety risk. It’s important to note that no refunds will be issued under such circumstances.

Child Safety and Seating:

Please note that APT does not provide child car seats, but you can hold them free of charge until your return. It’s essential to request this service at the time of booking. According to UK legislation, children under 12 years of age do not require a child seat in a privately hired vehicle, as a standard seat belt suffices. Children under 2 years old may travel on an adult passenger’s lap but must not be restrained by a seat belt.

Minors and Extra Passengers:
For booking accuracy, minors, regardless of whether they occupy a seat, should be highlighted during the booking process. Each minor is considered a passenger.

Luggage and Additional Items:
All luggage and extra items must be confirmed at the time of booking. Any luggage exceeding one standard suitcase per passenger must receive approval during the booking process. This includes items like pushchairs and wheelchairs.

Booking Confirmation and Payment:
APT will confirm all bookings through text and/or email. However, please remember that your booking is only confirmed upon receiving a reference number. For cash bookings, including return journeys, full payment is required prior to the outbound trip.

Subcontracting and Unforeseen Delays:
APT reserves the right to subcontract bookings to third parties for execution. Please be aware that APT is not liable for unexpected delays such as breakdowns or traffic disruptions. Factor in these possibilities when scheduling your transfers.

Conclusion:
When choosing Atlantic Prestige Travel for your transfer needs, it’s crucial to familiarize yourself with and abide by these terms and conditions. They are designed to ensure a smooth and secure travel experience for all passengers.
